Tip to help improve your digestion
starting from the top of digestion all

better metabolism
and maybe work on their weight

So there are a couple of things that i
notice one should overlook when it comes to
improving their digestion
and that is how they eat so
Number one, we think of digestion as a
processing
of information, okay? You're going to put
food in and your body is going to
process the information or the nutrients
and use that to help the body with all
kinds of functions
especially healing energy things like
that so
if you have your attention in
processing of information elsewhere for
example
driving
maybe you're looking at your phone
reading the news or watching something
on tv
you have your processing of information
spread too thin; do not multitask when
you eat
Okay, some people this is the problem
they just don't know how to
use their body use their focus
for digestion, okay, especially if you're
doing something stressful
now you're just using your sympathetic
nervous system
when you should be activating the
parasympathetic nervous system
Okay, the rest and digest so number one
Please don’t watch tv while
working, take the 10 to 15 minutes to
slow down
and enjoy your meal the second thing
that i notice
people don't realize what they're doing
is they're eating too fast or maybe they
realize it but they don't know how to
change it; they feel really pressed for
time
I promise, even if you
eat slowly and take your time, you
probably won't be eating for more than
15 minutes
go ahead and put a timer on your phone
and check me on that one, okay?
so one tip to get yourself to eat slower
is if you're using a utensil like a fork
spoon
chopsticks, put them down between each
bite
sometimes subconsciously we don't really
think about it and
as we take a bite we are already loading
our fork
or spoon or chopsticks and ready for the
next one and putting food in
our mouths before we're even done
chewing the food
and there are important digestive
enzymes in the mouth
that start digestion so that is where we
start processing the information
or metabolizing our food, okay, so don’t rush that process.
your body can't get enough nutrients
your body will be stressed and taxed and
then along the chain
of digestive organs they have to do more
work okay if you ever have had to do
more work than someone else
you feel the stress your body will go
through that too
so make it easy on your body again
and this will help to take care of
your digestion you might even notice you
start losing a little weight
